Terms and Conditions

General

In these conditions (i) “Seller” means Morvargh Sailing Project CIC (ii) “Services” means the services specified in this booking form (iii) the “Buyer” means the purchaser of the Service.  This contract contains the entire bargain between the Seller and the Buyer and in the case of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of any other contract documents sent by the Buyer to the Seller (whatever their respective dates) in respect of the Goods these terms and conditions shall prevail

Deposits

1. A 25% deposit is required within 48hrs of this booking form in order to confirm your booking
2. We reserve the right to accept or offer payment by monthly standing order or invoicing.

Payments

1. Payment in full of the balance remaining on the invoice is due 4 weeks prior to the voyage departure date
2. Morvargh Sailing Project reserves the right to cancel your berth/s if your payment is not received by the due date.  In these circumstances the deposit will be retained
3. If we are able to re-book your berth/s a refund of your deposit will be given.

Voyages cancelled by Mórvargh Sailing Project

1. All voyages are booked with the full intention of them being delivered by Mórvargh Sailing Project
2. In the unlikely event that it becomes necessary for us to cancel a voyage, we will endeavour to provide you with as much notice as possible.
3. We will always seek to offer an alternative voyage date suitable for you, but should this not be possible, the voyage fee will be refunded to you in full (GroupOn customers should contact GroupOn direct for a refund)

Voyages cancelled by you

1. If you should need to cancel your voyage, Mórvargh Sailing Project requires a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice so that we can endeavour to re-book your berth
2. A full refund will be given if we are able to re-book your berth.

Changing your voyage dates

1. If you should need to change your voyage dates, we ask that you do this as swiftly as possible, but no later than 2 weeks before the departure date  
2. Requests to change voyage dates within the 2 week period will be reviewed on a case by case basis but may incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the voyage fee.

Unfit to Sail

1. If upon arrival, or during a voyage, the skipper deems that you are unfit to undertake the voyage due to:
   1. the effects of / or are under the influence of drugs
   2. the effects of / or are under the influence of alcohol
   3. disruptive behaviour including refusal to take direction and abusive behaviour or language

The skipper will reserve the right to not allow you to continue with the voyage.  Where participants show the above traits during a voyage and it is deemed that they constitute a risk to themselves, other participants, the afterguard, and/or the vessel, they will be put ashore at the earliest opportunity.  Mórvargh Sailing Project will not refund the voyage fee and any transport costs associated with repatriating the participant back to the base in Plymouth and any costs associated with this endeveour must be met by the participant/ next of kin / referring agency.
