We provide all the appropriate safety equipment but your personal kit should include (packed in a soft kitbag or holdall – no suitcases or framed rucksacks please):

• Sleeping bag, pillow, wash kit & towel
• Warm clothing including sweaters/fleeces, t-shirts, thick socks, wooly hat and gloves
• Several pairs of shoes or wellies (clean)
• Waterproof or windproof jacket for going ashore (full waterproofs provided)
• Swimming gear
• Torch
• Photocopies of Passport or Birth Certificate

What not to bring

• Alcohol or Drugs
• Expensive gadgets
• Hair Straighteners or hair dryers
• There are no facilties to charge mobile phone's / Ipods etc
